Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed within 2 days of receipt and sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked.

Customers will receive an email confirming receipt of order, and SME and email updates from Royal Mail on status of delivery.

Delivery costs are £4 per order and shipping is to UK only.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that you may change your mind. That’s why you have 28 days to return any unwanted items to us.

Any returned items must be in perfect unused condition and in the original packaging. If you return your items within the 28 day period, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method.

Please use the returns label provided on your delivery note. You must pay the cost of postage and this will not be refunded to you by Creative MCR.
